This poem, God’s Perfect Design, was originally published on my first blog in 2017. This message from spirit is a reminder that our spirit and body are part of a perfect design created with love.
Letting go of the past is a process.
But sometimes I find I can’t just let it go.
Like a piece of elastic;
it can spring back and hurt
when I haven’t fully released the pain.
