Inbetwixt

In this moment, let’s take a breath.
Deeply, we expand our lungs wide.
Let our egos go, drift away;
dissolve our past, all judgment, pride.

Go within our hearts to connect.
Feel the vast space; sacred silence.
Blending between the here and now;
the present, our most powerful sense.

Mighty ancient power echoes.
Golden sands fall as time stands still.
Sound, light, and motion are stopped.
Blessed union; joining of will.

Chakras receiving messages.
Thoughts dissipate as the heart slows.
Life force and spirit are dancing;
divine holy energy flows.

Closed eyes, open hearts are unfurled.
Spirit is calling, ‘activate!’
Abundant light; source energy.
Pure Love beams as we meditate.

This poem, Inbetwixt, was originally published on my first blog in 2016. This message from spirit reminds us that sacred silence and spirit are always calling us to activate our divine energy.
