1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (such as e-books, poetry downloads, or digital artwork), all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided once a download has been delivered, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Physical Products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order and provide a clear photo showing any damage to the product or packaging.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

5. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
